2009年7月に開催されたLiveの第2部をDVD化した1枚。楽曲自体は、アルバムの『Everlasting Songs』からが中心で、一部Liveの定番となっている曲目がいくつかプラスされたような構成。
アルバム収録曲が中心ということもあるのでしょうが、このプロジェクトのレベルの高さ、それぞれの歌い手さんの魅力が存分にこのLiveでは発揮されていたように思います。ちなみに、時間が少し短めになった分、梶浦さんのMCも圧縮されています（笑）
一方で、梶浦さんの世界の面白さという意味ではLive Vol.3の方が勝っていたかなという気もしなくもないです。まあ、ファンの方なら両方とも見てみることをオススメします。
